Terms of Service

Syndeo Cloud. Last updated: 21 June 2026.

Syndeo Cloud (“Syndeo”, “we”, “us”) provides workforce, recruitment, communication, and finance software. These Terms govern your use of the Service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Syndeo platform, websites, APIs, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

The Service

Syndeo provides workforce, recruitment, communication, finance, and related software, including features that — at your direction — connect third-party accounts you own (such as email, calendar, and storage providers) so you can use them inside your workspace. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality over time.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by adults (16+). Your workspace owner administers membership, roles, and access within a workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend access to protect the Service, our users, or to comply with law.

Your data & ownership

You retain ownership of the content and data you and your workspace put into or connect to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit Customer Data to operate and provide the Service to you. Data accessed from third-party providers you connect (e.g. Google) is handled per our Privacy Policy, including its Limited Use commitments.

Connected third-party services

When you connect a third-party account (such as Google Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or Sheets), you authorize Syndeo to access that account’s data on your behalf, only to the extent of the permissions you grant, and only to provide the features you use. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access going forward. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on reasonable notice effective at your next billing cycle. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Syndeo and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that third-party providers will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syndeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Syndeo against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; Customer Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
